If items do not arrive within the allocated delivery time (40 days + 72 hours processing time) we can offer a full refund.
To return an item, please ensure you haven't damaged it and it still has its original packaging, which it came shipped in. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, simply contact us and claim a refund request.
We will then send you the information you need such as the returns order and what to attach with your goods to ensure we know the items being returned are yours. After notifying us, you'll have 14 days to return the goods to our address, and we'll proceed to give a full refund.
